Company History

Our business was founded in 1978. As our client base grew, our client needs expanded, and the company offered more products to handle our diverse client base. During that time, we only sold one product type—vertical blinds by Louver Drape Co. As we continue to gain more clients as well as receive more requests, we began selling Levolor mini-blinds. The number of requests for other products and services persistently increased as the company grew. This led us to purchase our first other company—Pioneer Screen Co. in Culver City, CA.

Soon, we continued to buy more of our competitors, including Coast Screen Co., Curtis King Screen Company, Jet Screen, and more. The last one acquired was Santa Monica Screen Co., and now, they are all full-service businesses that carry window shading and screens for commercial and residential use.
